Epic Veterinary Urgent Care is the dream of Dr. Tom Taney and Dr. Emily Volk. They are long-time friends and emergency veterinarians who had a vision of creating an urgent care facility that could help pets avoid the hubbub of the emergency room.
At Epic Veterinary Urgent Care, we offer diagnostic testing, including in-house and send-out bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasounds, and echocardiograms (cardiac ultrasounds). Procedures such as emergency surgery, wound repairs, and outpatient care can often be performed on the same day. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care for our veterinary patients as well as outstanding customer service for our pet parents. We are 100% veterinarian-owned and operated and local to South Jersey.
Whether it’s a bite from another dog or a toy that has been ingested, our team is ready to help stabilize and treat your pet. If hospitalization is required, we will refer you to a 24/7 facility to ensure your pet gets the care they need.
If your dog is experiencing stomach upset, skin inflammation, or an ear infection, we will get you in and treated quickly and on your schedule. Just walk right in!
Accidents happen, but we’re here to patch things up! With our trauma and wound care, your pet will be treated with the utmost love and expert skill, ensuring they’re back on their paws in a flash.
We offer in-house echocardiograms that are interpreted by
a veterinary cardiologist.
